Big jobs

I must admit, even though i hate being away from Josh (he is at EFMB, kind of this competition for medics for 10 days) 

It has been kind of nice having ALL this time for me.

The reason or reasons?

I have been swamped! with things to do.

My classes are really time consuming. It seems like 6 hours of biology note taking lead me nowhere lately

its like i sit down at 10 am to get up 10 hours later and i still have school work to do the next day

But it has to get done, and it might kill me, but i am getting at least a B on all my classes

i want A of course, but i don't wanna jinx it lol

I had this weekend reserved to myself.I told my girls to not call me or anything 

i did not wanna get tempted to hang out with them

and i wanted to get all my class notes in order and study for a midterm this week

and then the phone call happened........

My sis called me asking me for a big favor.

One of her subordinates in the international department ( they have an engineering and architectural consulting company) 

had just fired a girl and this girl had not gotten any of her work for the past 2 weeks, no wonder she got the boot!

But they needed me to translate resumes. And they needed them by monday morning.

I said no problem, it would not be too hard.HA

HA HA HA

Engineer and architect resumes, specially the ones whom have been working for 10 plus years, are no fun.

It took me a lot of hours to translate this resumes to english, because of the technicality and the length!

I had to do all this research and it literally took me all saturday and sunday!!! It was awful!

Then talking to my sis, she said they could give me more work like that

which i am psyched about because it is perfect , to work from home. And get extra money!

Then she dropped another bomb

I have to do research in Korea for a possible project here, and i could be a liaison here!

I am just happy to be able to do this kind of jobs. i love research. and not to lie, i love the money too!

Busy times

It has been a crazy past few days.

First i had to do this research paper for my writing class

It took me longer than i thought

because i decided to do it about Stem Cells.

HA, little did i know

i did not know as much as i thought about it

so that was kind of a stressful time

but i did it and it was great

Then i started my korean class

and my philosophy class

and my biology class

and going to the Step and Sculpt class

witch kicks my butt

EVERY-TIME!! no matter how ready i think i am 

Tomorrow i start a Belly Dancing class

that shall be interesting! 

And Josh is finally done with his Combative class 

that lasted two weeks. He graduated with flying colors

and only has level three left to be a master at it

although i hated the way they brought him back home every-night

no more bruises

No "F" in korean

I just started my korean class at the campus

and i must say i really like it.

I am tired of not being able to tell 

if a store is a bakery or a hardware store

since i cant read it!

But now,

everything has changed! YES

I can read korean now, 

so beware.

Even though i can only say a few phrases 

and single words like

cucumber, child and furniture

i am super stoked about it 

and i cant wait to learn more.

It is funny though, they dont have a letter F.

And when koreans speak english, they can barely say it.

They usually pronounce the F as a P.

Like instead of cell Fone, it sounds like cell Pone.

I find this hilarious and very cute at the same time

I have also discover the power or Step and Sculpt class

and how much a class can do for me

like make me wish to travel back in time

to the moment i decided to join the class and decide against it!

It is a really intense class, 

but it is fun and even though i walk like an 80 year old

for the following 10 hours, it is all worth it!

It is happening,  i am getting into my tiny skinny jeans in less than 8 weeks!! 

no matter what i have to do, IT IS happening!
